COLONNADE CONSTRUCTIONS is both owned and run by Colin Willis, a licensed builder for over 30 years. We specialise in designing and building new homes and developments and build all types of homes including single and double storey homes.
COLONNADE CONSTRUCTIONS offers a personalised and friendly service with a small and professional company which has over 35 years of experience in all types of construction.
It costs no extra to have an individual design that suits your needs and takes advantage of the best aspects of your block.
If you are building your own home we provide a designer who works with you personally to create your dream home with your budget in mind, including all the extra items you would expect to have.
As the builder, I work with all my clients through the design and construction processes to ensure your needs are met.
COLONNADE CONSTRUCTIONS can take the hassles out of your development by handling all aspects from design, shire approvals, selection of exterior colours and products, all internal items including tiles, floor coverings, and window treatments. We can also offer landscaping - paving and reticulation, strata titling and advise on marketing the property.
We have no display homes, therefore no salespeople or commission. This means we are able to invest more in quality products and tradespeople.
